About you:

Nobody’s Child are currently looking for a Store Supervisor to join our iconic Spitalfields Store. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brand, bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Deliver a personalised, engaging shopping experience, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.
• Drive sales by leading from the front, maximising customer interactions, and encouraging upselling and cross selling.
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable about Nobody’s Child’s collections, sustainability initiatives, and best sellers to enhance the customer journey.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand the brand ethos and service expectations.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence.
• Act as the duty manager in the absence of senior management, overseeing store operations and team performance always communicating with Area Manager.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and in line with Nobody’s Child’s visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Support till operations, including refunds, and daily closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring shopping environment, including till areas and fitting rooms.

Ideally, you'll come with experience in Management/Keyholder positions in a fast paced retail environment and brand to hit the ground running. You’ll bring a strong talent for customer service, team management, relationship building, and an impressive eye for commercial opportunities.
