About You

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 7 - 10 retail Nobody’s Child stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Reporting into the head of Retail, you will partner cross functionally to deliver excellent operational support to the business. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day retail operations across multiple store locations
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
