We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Print Designer to lead the development of original, brand-driven print collections for our womenswear ranges. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial eye, exceptional artistic ability, and a passion for creating prints that resonate with our customer.
Working closely with another print Designer and reporting into The Head of Design, you will be responsible for delivering innovative print concepts from initial inspiration through to production, ensuring every design aligns with the brand identity and seasonal direction.
- Research global fashion, art, textile, colour, and cultural trends to create commercially relevant print concepts.
- Design original all-over, placement, engineered, conversational, and graphic prints across multiple womenswear categories.
- Develop seasonal print stories and mood boards that align with the brand's creative vision.
- Create production-ready artwork, including repeats, colour separations, and technical files for suppliers.
- Manage multiple collections simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
- Mentor and support junior members of the print design team.
- Maintain an organised print archive and contribute to the ongoing development of the brand's print handwriting.
- Present seasonal concepts and print developments to senior leadership.
This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Experience working with international suppliers and factories.
Knowledge of digital and rotary print production.
Experience using CAD systems and AI-assisted creative tools.
Understanding of sustainable print development and environmentally responsible production methods.
