About you:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as a trusted gatekeeper, coordinator, and right hand to Nobody’s Child, Chief Executive Officer. This role requires someone who thrives working with people, has a mix of professional polish, discretion, logistical mastery, and importantly, a genuine passion and understanding for the fashion industry.
You will manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and communications while ensuring smooth execution of daily priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and handles sensitive information with impeccable confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings across time zones; prioritising and adjusting as needed.
- Board Preparation: Support in gathering key insights, data and information from teams and preparing board decks for quarterly presentations to the board.
- Travel Coordination: Plan detailed travel itineraries (domestic and international), including accommodations, logistics, and event preparation, for the executives and senior stakeholders in the business.
- Communications Management: Draft, proof, and manage correspondence and meeting notes; filtering and prioritising inbound and outbound communication.
- Meeting Preparation: Organise briefings, materials, and presentations to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings, including with press.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, events, and brand collaborations; tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (press, partners, direct reports and teams).
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Office & Personal Coordination: Assist with personal errands and day to day support, appointments, and household management to ensure overall balance and efficiency.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an Executive in a fast moving, growing retail environment.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in fashion, luxury, media, or entertainment preferred.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Tech proficient - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Professional demeanour and impeccable judgment.
