About you:
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Assistant Store Manager to join our Leeds Store in a full-time capacity. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the performance, culture, and customer experience of one of our most high-profile locations.
A natural leader and brand ambassador, you’ll lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service while championing our values of sustainability, inclusivity, and conscious fashion. You’ll work closely with the Cluster Manager and wider head office teams to drive commercial performance, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence across the store.
You’ll be passionate about people development, confident in managing performance, and comfortable taking ownership of key business areas. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll bring a strategic mindset alongside a hands-on approach, inspiring the team to consistently deliver an unforgettable shopping experience while supporting the long-term growth of the brand.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for responsible, sustainable fashion and a strong alignment with Nobody’s Child values, acting as a confident and authentic brand ambassador.
- Proven experience inspiring and leading teams to deliver best-in-class customer service within a busy department store or boutique retail environment.
- Around 3+ years’ experience in a store management or senior leadership role, with a track record of driving sales, improving performance and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, with confidence analysing trade, KPIs and stock performance to inform decision-making.
- Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and collaboration with HR partners.
- A proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced flagship environment and adapt to changing priorities.
