- Lead by example to drive sales, maximise customer interactions, and encourage upselling and cross-selling in a way that feels authentic.
- Share product knowledge and sustainability stories with confidence — showing optimism for a better future in fashion.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
- Help train, onboard, and develop new team members, embedding our values into everything they do.
- Motivate and inspire colleagues to be confident, creative, and customer-focused — empowering them to be brave and take initiative.
- Act as Duty Manager when senior management is absent, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication with the Area Manager.
- Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, beautifully presented, and on-brand.
- Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management with agility and attention to detail.

- A passion for sustainable fashion and Nobody’s Child’s mission.
- Strong communication, organisation, and people management skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to be kind, brave, agile, and optimistic in everything you do.
