Nobody’s Child is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to define and deliver a CRM strategy, driving retention, personalisation and LTV across channels.
You will work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to balance trade and brand messaging, build automation and segmentation, and own Direct Mail initiatives.
You will lead reporting on Email, Direct Mail and customer behaviour, optimise triggers, and act as the central CRM owner across the business to inform customer retention efforts.
