Day to day, you’ll be:
- Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention both online and in‑store through the delivery of targeted customer communications and insights.
- Managing the daily product selection and data segmentation for our email channel, working with all necessary stakeholders to increase effectiveness and efficiencies to drive business value.
- Managing direct mail activity within the business; across project management (via shared critical path), data selection, supplier management (print and production) alongside internal stakeholders (Ecom, design, buying and merchandising).
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements for email and CRM tactics.
- Proposing new initiatives (processes to technology) to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of CRM activity – such as a loyalty programme.
- Ongoing management and continued segmentation of customer database to identify and target actives, lapsers and dormants with specific campaigns.
- Managing a monthly CRM KPI ‘stat‑pack’ report, and customer data requests.
- Managing Agency and 3rd party SaaS management to ensure NC realise CRM benefits within a highly collaborative working relationship.
You’ll have:
- Around 5+ years’ experience in digital / CRM across managing email campaigns, CRM and direct mail tactics.
- ESP experience and CRM tactics to increase customer retention / response rates.
- Experience of managing 3rd party relationships across agencies and tech providers.
- Be a collaborator, strong project management skills and ability to drive outcomes in a rapidly changing environment independently alongside collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience with Emarsys or similar ESP, Shopify.
- Knowledge of direct mail, RFM reports and match back activity.
- Experience across Ecom and stores.
