About you: As the Creative Production Lead, you’ll own the lifecycle of our content production, from the strategic planning and team building to the on-set execution and post-production. Working in lockstep with our Art Director, you’ll orchestrate every piece of the puzzle: e-commerce content, campaign shoots, flat lays, studio builds, and high-energy social storytelling. You thrive on tight timelines, intricate spreadsheets, and build high creative standards. This is an extraordinarily exciting role for an experienced and organised lead in a high growth business.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Own day-to-day operations of the creative studio - shoot planning, crew booking, talent management, sample management, asset delivery, and more.
- Build processes that scale - from trackers and calendars to budgets and call sheets.
- Architect and maintain the seasonal and annual content roadmap across campaigns, e-comm, and marketing moments.
- Lead end-to-end production workflows across flat lays, product drops, social-first content, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Drive consistency, efficiency, and uphold our brand visual identity at all touchpoints.
- Concept planning in collaboration with Art Director and wider brand team.
- Lead end to end production on all shoots, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Book top-tier talent across HMU, models, and set design.
- Manage props, locations, catering, wardrobe and logistics.
- Build and evolve our in-house studio capabilities, from equipment to infrastructure.
- Cultivate a high-performing team of producers, stylists, and freelance crew.
- Lead with kindness and foster an ego-free, collaborative environment.
- Own post-production timelines: manage selects, approvals, retouching, formatting, and delivery across departments.
- Ensure content is delivered on time, in spec, and in line with usage requirements across web, CRM, retail, paid social, and more.
- Translate creative vision into executable timelines and team actions keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Join planning sessions for product drops, major campaigns, and brand moments to map content needs from concept to delivery.
- Partner with digital and performance teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
Experience: You’ve led content production in a fast-paced, high-growth fashion or e-com brand. You’re part producer, part problem-solver, part spreadsheet whisperer. You’ve got a black book of go-to creatives from models to set designers. You keep calm under pressure. You can set up a fully functioning studio from scratch. You understand the nuances of digital content across formats and platforms. You’re a strong communicator and thoughtful leader, driven by trust and clarity. You think three steps ahead and can pivot with grace when plans change.
