About You

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team to lead a small team of creatives day to day. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract initially, with the intention for it to become a permanent position.

The Senior Graphic Designer at Nobody’s Child plays a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-led creative across our core business-as-usual channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, email and print. Working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider creative team, this role is responsible for bringing the brand to life through consistent, engaging and commercially effective design. You will be highly hands-on across BAU work, confident managing multiple workstreams, and passionate about detail, craft, and brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • BAU Creative Delivery: Own and deliver high-quality design output across core BAU channels including digital marketing, email, paid media, e-commerce assets and print, ensuring all work is accurate, timely and on brand, supporting on team delegation of workload in a fair and consistent manner to support with team development and growth.
  • Brand Consistency & Craft: Evolve and lead on Nobody’s Child’s brand guidelines across all outputs, demonstrating strong attention to detail, layout, typography and finish.
  • Digital & E-commerce Design: Design engaging creative for website content, seasonal landing pages, navigation updates, banners, guides and campaign rollouts that enhance the customer journey and support conversion.
  • Email & Marketing Communications: Create visually compelling email designs and marketing assets that align with brand guidelines, campaign direction and commercial priorities.
  • Print & Physical Assets: Deliver print-ready artwork across direct mail, in-store assets, POS, wholesale materials and packaging support, maintaining consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Team management, Collaboration & Workflow: Lead and manage a Junior graphic designer and Digital designer day to day. Work closely with the Head of Creative to manage priorities, respond to briefs efficiently and contribute positively to team ways of working.

This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer within a fashion, lifestyle or retail brand managing a team.
  • Solid understanding of brand systems, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
  • Experience delivering high volumes of BAU creative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working across both digital and print formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience desirable.
  • Alignment with Nobody’s Child values: kindness, agility, bravery and optimism.
