About You
It’s an exciting time to join Nobody’s Child as we prepare to open our brand-new store in Cambridge. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates, available full time, to be part of this new chapter and help bring the NC experience to life from day one.
As a brand ambassador, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inspiring and memorable in-store experience. You’ll have a genuine passion for fashion, people and sustainability, and take pride in delivering exceptional service while representing our values on the shop floor. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing brand, be part of a new team, and contribute to an exciting store launch, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment and loves being part of something new.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
- Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in store Nobody’s Child product.
- Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring assigned areas are kept in presentable condition.
- Ensuring consistent knowledge on Nobody’s Child products and new ins, with an ability to cross sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Handle returns.
- Supporting with visual merchandising (VM).
- Suggest ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Represent our brand positively and passionately.
- Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values.
Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet. Ideally, you'll come with previous experience in retail, an interest in responsible product, and a passion for excellent customer experience.
