At Nobody’s Child, we’re driven by creating responsible and affordable fashion for kind and spirited women. We are an independent, London-based brand, powered by a passionate team of change makers and skilled people who make our clothes. In 2021 we launched our flagship store on the iconic Carnaby street in Soho, and it remains a key part of our growing business. The good news? Our sales team is now growing!
We are looking for passionate sales assistants to join our new store in Leeds, in full time and part time flexible capacities. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brand, bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
- Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store Nobody’s Child products.
- Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
- Ensuring consistent knowledge on Nobody’s Child products and new ins, with an ability to cross-sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Suggest ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Represent our brand positively and passionately.
