About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of multiple project implementations, ensuring project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves organising people, tasks, and resources to deliver successful project outcomes, in line with the project’s Statement of Work (SoW). As the primary representative of NoBlue2, the Senior Project Manager will lead project implementation and serve as the key point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, they will support project portfolio management activities and provide high-level guidance to ensure alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives. They will also mentor junior project managers as needed.

Job Requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in Project Management & Programme Management, particularly in NetSuite or other ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client facing project implementation roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring project teams.

Desirable

  • Experience in managing national and international projects.
  • Recognised project management qualification (e.g. Agile, PMP, or equivalent).

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership for NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives and project goals.
  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the NetSuite implementation process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and customise implementation plans accordingly.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, based on the agreed SoWs.
  • Direct and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within project teams.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, delivery, support, and development teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide on-site support during key project phases.
  • Establish, enforce, and review quality assurance processes.
  • Manage all aspects of project administration, including documentation.
  • Prepare project reports for senior managers and clients.
  • Track and report on project performance.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to measure project success, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous improvement.
