We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Functional Consultant to deliver large and complex Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for our clients. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and supporting the growth of our Microsoft practice.

Job Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions
- Strong functional knowledge across finance and supply chain modules
- Proven consultancy background with enterprise-scale implementations
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Client-focused, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions aligned to client needs
- Lead and document client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
- Own functional requirements and perform detailed gap/fit analysis
- Apply Microsoft best practices and NoBlue2 delivery methodology across all engagements
- Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and dependencies
- Support presales activities including demonstrations and proof of concept work
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams
- Produce clear, sustainable solution and project documentation
- Support testing, cutover, go-live, and early life support activities
- Deliver training to end users and internal colleagues
- Mentor and coach junior consultants and support performance management
- Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client interactions
