About the Role

The role of a Senior Account Manager is to oversee and nurture relationships with NoBlue2’s existing customer base alongside winning ‘new to us’ NetSuite clients – generally saving them from a poor existing implementation. You will provide direction, specialist knowledge and support to clients in their NetSuite technology/applications. You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle to enable assessment and demonstration of solutions to prospects along with offering support to existing/prospective clients and creating supporting documentation. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, promote account growth, and contribute to the overall success of both the client and NoBlue2.

  • You proactively act as the link between the customer and delivery - capturing evolving needs and aligning them with relevant solutions and services.

  • Regularly undertake Account reviews and co‑ordinate Healthchecks to ensure we are imparting industry specific NetSuite insight and knowledge.

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a significant advantage.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation, including to C-level.
  • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities, with a demonstrable track record of doing so.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and align solutions with clients' business objectives.
  • Ability to think strategically about client relationships and identify long‑term growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Building strong relationships.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and key features of NetSuite and 3rd party applications.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, working with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain account & opportunities updates within NetSuite.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of NetSuite products and features.
  • Educate clients on new functionalities and upgrades that align with their business.
  • Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders for continuous solution improvement.
  • Create documentation/statement of works to confirm the client need.
  • Travel to client sites to nurture and develop relationships and opportunities.
