We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in driving our pipeline growth. You’ll be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging with high-quality prospects, creating meaningful connections that convert into opportunities for our sales team.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you’ll help us generate new business opportunities, fuel revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across competitive markets.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality leads aligned to our target audience
- Measurable contribution to pipeline growth and sales opportunities created
- A steady flow of qualified prospects through targeted outreach and campaigns
- Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, nurturing them into warm opportunities
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to track lead activity, maintain accurate records, and manage workflows
- Create tailored outreach messages and sequences that engage prospects across multiple channels
- Collaborate with Sales to understand target accounts, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates
- Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and market response
- Analyse lead generation metrics and provide insights to optimise performance
1–3 years’ experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development in a B2B or professional services environment.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with outreach tools.
Comfortable with prospecting, handling objections, and building rapport with senior decision-makers.
Target-driven and resilient, with a focus on quality as well as volume.
