We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in driving our pipeline growth. You’ll be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging with high-quality prospects, creating meaningful connections that convert into opportunities for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for nurturing relationships. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you’ll help us generate new business opportunities, fuel revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across competitive markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets
  • Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, nurturing them into warm opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaign activity
  • Use CRM (HubSpot) to track lead activity, maintain accurate records, and manage workflows
  • Create tailored outreach messages and sequences that engage prospects across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand target accounts, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and market response
  • Analyse lead generation metrics and provide insights to optimise performance
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and prospect challenges to improve engagement
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation processes and tools

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Comfortable with prospecting, handling objections, and building rapport with senior decision-makers
  • Target-driven and resilient, with a focus on quality as well as volume
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to contribute to both team and company growth
