What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely
- Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships
- Encouraging social engagement and family connections
- Monitoring health and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and family
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
- Responding to emergencies safely and effectively
- Working collaboratively with families and the wider care team
Qualifications

- Driving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
