We’re currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across Northwest and Central London.

Serving local communities across London, including:

  • Marylebone – Elegant, central, and close to Regent’s Park and Oxford Street
  • Camden Town – Creative, lively, and famous for its markets and music scene
  • Harlesden – Diverse, community-focused, and full of local spirit
  • Cricklewood – Residential, family-friendly, with great park access

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:

  • Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalized plans that put dignity and respect first.

You’ll also:

  • Encourage social engagement and family connections
  • Monitor health and report changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals
