- Monthly Management Accounts
- Forecasts each month to include Balance Sheet, P&L and cashflow.
- GP analysis by site.
- Direct costs reconciliation
- WIP schedule
- Preparation of file for the year end audit.
- Maintenance of private investor loan schedule
- Management of company finance agreements, HP agreements.
- Reconciliation of ledgers
- Analytical review of accounts
- Maintenance of credit scores for our business and main suppliers
- Preparation of board pack information
- KPI reporting
- CVR analysis with the commercial team
- Plant Asset registers maintenance
