The Role We are seeking a confident and experienced Family Solicitor to manage a varied private family law caseload independently.

The successful candidate will join the existing Doncaster office and work as part of the wider family team.

The role will include: managing divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters; advising on cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions; handling TOLATA matters where appropriate, with TOLATA experience being ideal; supervising and developing junior staff; supporting the wider family team; attending networking events and assisting with business development; contributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and the wider firm.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: ideally 8+ years’ PQE in family law, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered; experience in both children and financial remedy matters; TOLATA experience is ideal; ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision; excellent client care, drafting and communication skills; strong commercial awareness and a good billing record; experience or willingness to supervise and develop junior colleagues; willingness to netwo...
