Noble Rot in London is seeking a Trainee Sommelier (Bartender) to learn the art of wine service and hospitality. You’ll organise and dispense wines from a daily changing 60-bin by-the-glass menu and taste and learn about producers on our list.
This is the first step on the Bartender > Sommelier > Senior Sommelier pathway, with extensive in-house training, industry visits, and access to WSET qualifications as you grow your career.
