Especially the wine!
Started in 2013 as a genre-disrupting independent magazine that has played a huge role in helping to make the world of artisanal wine more accessible to a younger, broader audience, many of our senior staff have been drawn from as far away as Australia and California by Noble Rot’s strong sense of purpose, and its industry leading training and staff development schemes.
Working at Noble Rot’s three restaurants means being a part of a professional, dynamic, people-loving, gastronomically obsessed culture where everyone is constantly learning from each other.
We always employ ambitious career driven people on a permanent, full time basis and we take great pleasure in helping to nurture the next generation of passionate hospitality professionals.
