IT Project Manager – 6 month contract – up to 60K annual pro rata

Noble Restaurant Group area full time on site company, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, in our head office in Baker Street.

Noble Restaurant Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of the Workday HRIS system and other key initiatives across our organization.

While previous Workday experience is beneficial, we are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills, the ability to manage stakeholders, and a track record of delivering system or HR-related projects within complex organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

Workday Implementation:

  • Manage the internal project plan for Workday implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance) and external vendors to meet project milestones.
  • Track actions, deliverables, and project timelines, ensuring effective risk and issue management.
  • Collaborate with the vendor’s Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for the project, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including leadership, and address concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and drive decisions.

Change Management:

  • Support effective change management strategies, including communication plans and user training coordination.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared for a smooth transition to Workday post-implementation.

Project Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Hands on support with data collation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within HRIS, IT, or system implementation projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
