BEMS Commissioning Engineer - £50K to £65K – London Noble Recruiting has partnered with a Growing BMS/BEMS company to recruit an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer with substantial growth on contracts.

Your

Role: As a BEMS Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and installation of Tridium and/or Trend Controllers.

Siemens and Distech would be desirable.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out installs, commissions, system servicing, remedials and maintain current contracts.

This position requires varied proactive field-based customer facing activity, focusing on quality, customer relationships and service delivery.

General duties will consist of (but not limited to)

  • Carrying out BEMS system servicing/call outs/remedials.
  • Carrying out BEMS system commissioning.
  • Light BEMS installation/retrofit small works.
  • Graphical & software builds/amendments/alterations.
  • Contracts - predominantly London and home counties with occasional travelling further afield.

Travel to client sites - You will be required to offer clients opportunities for any upgrades or improvements to the control systems, delivering a fantastic and professional service to both new and existing clients.

  • Extensive experience working with control panels.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Solid expertise in switches, valves, inverters, and sensors.
  • Proficient in BEMS software, particularly Trend and Tridium (experience in one is sufficient).
  • Capability to make software adjustments onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
