Harlow District Council is seeking a Payroll and Systems Team Leader to manage day-to-day payroll processing across ~500 employees, including elections payrolls, on a 3-6 month contract. The role is on-site four days per week and requires strong leadership of the payroll team.
You will oversee end-to-end payroll using iTrent (MHR), ensure RTI compliance, and deliver accurate reports to Finance. Essential knowledge includes LGPS, HMRC deadlines, and a payroll qualification.
