A leading freight forwarding business are searching for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role will be a hands-on position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day transactional finance duties
  • Processing purchase and sales ledger
  • Ensure all invoices are raised correctly
  • Process staff payroll
  • Managing the holiday accruals and pay
  • Processing supplier payments and entering supplier invoices accurately
  • Providing support to the Finance Director and team
  • Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience:

  • Experience in an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Admin role
  • Sage experience is a bonus
