Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Exports Logistics Executive to join our friendly and proactive Client in Tilbury, Essex.

Your responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
- Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
- Arranging collections to meet vessel/flight deadlines.
- Pantheon customs entries.
- Raising export documentation and manifests.
- Checking with warehouses that screening and check weighing have been completed.
- Finalising all documentation.
- Checking vessels/flights have been met.
- Invoicing, liaising with and sending pre alerts to overseas agents.
- Following up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify any further assistance required.
You will need:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in export operations, on both airfreight and seafreight.
- Experience completing export documentation, including checking country requirements and raising Certificates of origin if required.
- Experience in completing customs declarations.
- Experience of CNS and Destin8.
- Familiarity with Multi-freight forwarding software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong and dynamic team player.
- Excellent English and Maths skills.
- Driver with own transport is desirable.
- UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
