We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Coordination team.
This is a predominantly telephone-based role, so confidence speaking with customers, building rapport over the phone, and delivering excellent customer service are essential.
You will spend the majority of your working day contacting and supporting customers, managing relationships, arranging appointments, and helping guide clients through their journey.
Role: As a Customer Coordinator, you will support clients and advisors throughout all stages of the mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.
