CNC Production Setter - Night Shift in Essex, Southend-on-Sea

Job Description CNC Engineer - Setter/Operator Position Permanent position / Monday to Thursday's (OFF Fri/Sat/Sun) We are working with a brilliant Engineering company who are looking to grow their team internally with new contracts and workload increase and require an experienced CNC Setter/Operator that wants the opportunity to expand their skillset into not only CNC work but Grinding too!!! All training will be provided. Set & Run CNC machines. ·Adaptive CNC Engineer willing to learn and develop on grinding. ·Operate 2nd Operations machines safely as required – Thread-rolling (desirable), part markers, drill banks, depitching presses, torque testers and deburrers. ·Carry out first-off and job run inspection of parts. ·Carry out first-off buddy checks and job run inspection of machined parts. ·Maintain machine efficiency to ensure we comply with On Time Deliveries, Arrears, Parts Per Hour (PPH) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ·Manufacture good quality products in line with agreed standards and quality procedures. ·Set and run CNC machines and manual machines (min.
