CNC Programmer Full time, Permanent position Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:15pm, Friday: 7am-12pm Our welcoming Client is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join the branch located in Basildon area of Essex. Setting up and operating various machining centres Writing/editing and adjusting programs at the machine from drawings Producing intricate components for use in quality critical markets In-process inspection using various hand measuring instruments General housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean working environment Maintaining machines - reporting any defects or maintenance needed Have experience working as a CNC Miller, Machinist or Programmer in a high precision role Be able to understand and edit programs (ISO or conversational) Good PC skills (MS Word and Excel) Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, hands-on approach and a desire to be proactive and work with minimal supervision With over 17 years of industry experience, we specialise in both permanent recruitment and the provision of temporary workers.
