Noble Recruiting have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Electrician offering Site & Project work primarily in London, with a flexibility to travel UK wide should the appropriate contracts arise. Permanent Position £45,000 to £50,000 per annum Basic + Benefits/ Discretionary Bonus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installation and maintenance in the domestic and commercial area. We are looking for a well driven individual that can work alone or part of a team to help deliver our current and future projects. Our works cover all aspects of electrical, CCTV, Intercoms & fire alarms. Company van and fuel card will be provided, UK driving license is essential.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment across various sites.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults using specialised testing devices and diagnostic techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in planning electrical layouts for new installations or upgrades.
Qualifications/Person Specification:
- Proven experience as an Electrician within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Must hold GOLD CSCS Card.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds).
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Commitment to health and safety standards at all times.
- Electrical experience in commercial or domestic environments is essential.
- UK Driving license is essential.
