A freight forwarding company is growing their team due to development and growth of business over the past months. We are seeking an additional customer services assistant to work within our current structure. The role would suit an enthusiastic creative free thinker willing to become involved in our focused operation.
Key role attributes required would be:
- Provide a high level of customer service, building relationships with clients on a long term basis.
- Take responsibility for our online portal access, creating new users and reports as required by the clients.
- Support existing customer service team, quoting new customers and repeat business and understanding the different approaches required to obtain rates.
- Follow up quotes and provide support to new customers.
- Obtain feedback for jobs not won.
- Liaise with Ops teams on China bookings to ensure all client requirements are noted for internal files.
- Weekly reporting (Excel) for nominated key accounts.
