Business Support Administrator

Location: Wickford

Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

I am supporting a family-run automotive business looking for a reliable and organised Business Support Administrator to become a key member of our team. This is a varied role for an all-rounder who is happy to support different areas of the business, including administration, customer service, record keeping, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative and office support
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Maintaining records and paperwork
  • Booking in appointments
  • Sending out invoices
  • Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day business operations
  • Calling new business when needed
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks as required
