Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Export Logistics Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded client based in Tilbury, Essex. Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be UK residents living locally. Please note that visa sponsorship cannot be offered.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers, hauliers, and carriers
- Arranging bookings with shipping lines and carriers
- Coordinating collections and ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met
- Completing customs entries
- Preparing export documentation and manifests
- Liaising with warehouses to confirm screening and check‑weighing completion
- Finalising and checking all export documentation
- Monitoring vessel and flight departures
- Invoicing, sending pre‑alerts, and liaising with overseas agents
- Following up post‑delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further service opportunities
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in export operations (airfreight and sea freight)
- Proven experience preparing export documentation, including country‑specific requirements and Certificates of Origin
- Experience completing customs declarations
- Working knowledge of CNS and Destin8
- Experience using Multi‑freight forwarding software
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Excellent English and Maths skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK
