Civil Enforcement Officer (Temporary)

Location: Harlow, Essex
Pay Rate: £15.97 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 19:00
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Noble Recruiting is hiring a Civil Enforcement Officer in Harlow, Essex.

What you’ll do (Civil Enforcement Officer job):

• Patrol on-street and off-street parking areas in Harlow and surrounding locations
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for parking violations, following procedures and Parking Orders
• Collect clear evidence to support PCNs and enforcement activity
• Provide helpful, professional customer service to the public
• Report issues with road markings and signs to the Operations Manager
• Attend adjudication hearings or court if required
• Follow data protection rules when handling personal information

What you’ll need:

• Full, clean UK driving licence (manual) – essential
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Numerate and literate with good attention to detail
• Some knowledge of roads in the North Essex Parking Partnership area is helpful
• Flexible approach to working hours and rota cover when needed
