Noble Recruiting are working with a creative business in Southend on Sea who are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract. This is a varied, hands-on design role working closely with the Creative Director and Digital Strategist across branding, digital, web, print and marketing projects. The role would suit a confident Graphic Designer with strong creative foundations, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects at once.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating brand identity work and visual brand systems
- Designing web layouts and digital assets
- Producing print design and production-ready artwork
- Creating social media graphics and campaign content
- Supporting ongoing marketing and digital collateral
- Working from initial concept through to final delivery
- Speaking with clients by phone and email
- Joining client meetings and presenting design ideas clearly
- Managing deadlines across a varied workload
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role
- Strong design fundamentals across layout, branding and visual systems
- Confident working across both digital and print design
- Experience producing artwork for print and digital use
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Figma experience would be beneficial
- Motion graphics or After Effects knowledge would be desirable but not essential
- Confident communicating with clients
- Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
- Happy working as part of a small, close-knit creative team
