Noble Recruiting are recruiting an experienced Estimator to join a friendly, well‑established POS (Point of Sale) manufacturing business based in the West Horndon / Brentwood area. This is a varied role combining estimating, quoting and account handling, ideal for someone confident in reading drawings and pricing jobs accurately across materials such as wood, metal and plastics.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing accurate quotations from client briefs and technical requirements
- Interpreting manufacturing and technical drawings
- Acting as an internal account handler, managing jobs and supporting project delivery
- Updating and maintaining job details using internal systems and Microsoft Office
- Working with business software such as Excel, Word and Sage (plus other packages as required)
About you
- Proven experience as an Estimator within POS (Point of Sale) (essential)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing materials, ideally including woodwork, metalwork and plastics
- Confident in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple quotes and projects
- Driver with own transport (essential due to location)
