Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Robustly, Noble Recruiting are working with a long-established manufacturing business in Harlow, Essex, who are looking for a Stock and Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. This role would suit someone with strong warehouse, stock control, inventory, goods in, goods out and manufacturing stores experience.

Duties will include:

  • Counting, checking, labelling and putting away stock
  • Managing stock rotation and replenishment
  • Investigating stock queries and inventory discrepancies
  • Loading and unloading deliveries and collections
  • Supporting goods in, goods out and returns procedures
  • Inspecting rejected stock, recording faults and taking photos
  • Improving warehouse layout, racking and storage space
  • Restacking oversized pallets for safe and efficient storage
  • Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and site hygiene
  • Carrying out forklift and racking inspections
  • Supporting minor stock corrections where appropriate
  • Designing and assembling storage and shipping crates
  • Providing workshop cover during holidays and sickness

The successful candidate will need:

  • Previous warehouse, stock control or inventory experience
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering or production would be ideal
  • Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills
  • Confident working with stock systems, paperwork and warehouse processes
  • Practical, hands on approach to warehouse organisation
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support a busy team
