Noble Recruiting is working with a growing business in Chelmsford that is looking for an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with merchandising experience who enjoys working with stock, data, products and online systems. You will support the Buying and Merchandising team with stock reports, supplier deliveries, product set-up and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Buyer and Merchandiser
  • Preparing weekly stock information and reports
  • Monitoring stock levels and raising orders when required
  • Adding new products and stock information to the website
  • Setting up products on Shopify and CRM systems
  • Managing supplier delivery schedules
  • Supporting promotional proposals
  • Managing new, repeat and continuity orders using stock forecasts
  • Completing accurate data entry and administration for the Buying Department

  • Previous experience in merchandising or a similar stock focused role
