Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor – Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Brentwood, Essex | Hybrid Working
Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor for a permanent role with an established fire protection company based in Brentwood, Essex.You will oversee fire compartmentation surveys, fire door inspections and passive fire protection assessments, managing projects from initial survey through to reporting and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fire door, compartmentation and passive fire protection surveys.
- Identify fire safety defects and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate site surveys, contractors and project schedules.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Manage client relationships and support business development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and ISO standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven passive fire protection surveying experience.
- Hands-on fire protection installation experience essential.
- Minimum ASFP or IFE Level 2 qualification.
- Fire door training from BRE, FDIS, FPA, IFI or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, surveying and project pricing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
