Customer Advisor – Events (Temporary, Part-Time) | Braintree, Essex
£13.80 per hour | Wed & Fri | 08:00–16:00 | Overtime available | 1-month initial contract
Noble Recruiting is hiring a Customer Advisor to support an Events Team across three venues in Braintree. You’ll help deliver a smooth customer experience for meetings, conferences, events and weddings.
Key duties:- Set up and clear down event rooms to customer requirements
- Serve pre-prepared refreshments
- Manage customer enquiries and bookings
- Promote the venues and support revenue targets
- Open and close premises securely
- Maintain venue standards, health and safety, and report defects
- Supervise contractors when required
- Events set-up / take-down experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
