£27,000 to £28,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus

Permanent, full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday on a two-week rota:

  • Monday: 7.30 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 5.30 pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm or 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Friday: 8 am to 4.30 pm

  • Providing excellent customer service by telephone, email and live chat
  • Advising customers on the company’s range of products
  • Processing customer orders over the telephone
  • Responding promptly to enquiries
  • Resolving delivery issues
  • Handling occasional complaints professionally and tactfully
  • Completing general administrative duties
  • Developing strong product knowledge
