Noble Recruiting are seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to lead the effective use of OM’s HRIT system, working closely with IT /IIP and People and Culture colleagues to improve workflows, reporting, data quality and system adoption.

The role supports productivity gains through technology, develops reporting solutions such as interactive dashboards and automated reports, and ensures the system provides reliable people data for operational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead coordinator for the HRIT system and associated systems, ensuring effective system housekeeping, maintenance and day-to-day administration.
  • Responsible for data and reporting within the people and culture directorate, leading on production of KPI data and information.

Creating and saving bespoke data reports to meet regular organisations need such as monthly reports for People Business Partners covering HR indicators and activities in their areas.

  • Development of DASHBOARD and ongoing improvements in the system workflow and automation
  • To be responsible for HRIT system audit and for researching and developing best practice to ensure best practice in our use of HRIT
  • Write and develop process documentation to ensure other colleagues are trained to deliver reporting
  • Delivery Audit recommendations within agreed time scales
  • Ensure HR systems / processes following UK legal requirements
  • Coach HR colleagues to support KPI / reporting process
  • Create Process flows that deliver legal requirements
  • Be the SME for HR Systems and reporting for all Managers and Colleagues, including responding to queries and information requests in a timely manner
  • Provide data for statutory reporting - ONS surveys
  • Development, management and enhancement of HR Operational processes and controls.
  • Ad Hoc project work and support of Transactional HR Services and the wider team's work.
  • Critical knowledge, skills and experience required
  • Experience of developing Power BI reporting
  • A clear understanding of HR Systems
  • CIPP level 5 qualified or close to completion
  • Experience of developing Systems and training
  • Experience of producing bespoke reports of varying complexity from HRIT systems
  • Experience of working with dashboards and business objects and willingness to develop in this area to create dashboards and business objects reports.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be accurate, methodological and organised
  • Strong verbal communication, including active listening, for accurate answering of employee questions
  • Mathematical skills for calculating KPIs
  • Computer literacy, especially confidence using office and payroll software such as Excel with VLOOKUP and IRIS Cascade
  • Initiative and ambition to develop professionally
  • Self-motivation with organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake appropriate training and development in HRIT systems and reporting, i. e. business objects.
