We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Junior Manager with strong digital experience to support the development and execution of global trade marketing strategies across regions. This is a hands‑on, developmental role ideal for someone who wants to work in a niche, “rising star” luxury beauty brand and exceptional global retail network. You have strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills, can work cross‑functionally with digital marketing and creative teams to deliver exceptional activations that deliver results for retailers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the development of global trade marketing strategies across all regions inside retailers’ framework; support and contribute to growing the brand equity and sales with targeted and digital online activities.
  • Work closely with retailer marketing teams when needed and required.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert on all digital trade marketing activity channels and the optimization of each channel, by campaign, by market, and campaign type/goal.
  • Evolve the strategy per market using data and analysis, tailoring our approach per market and adjusting investment accordingly from the allocated budget.
  • Manage the overall digital trade marketing plan and be the day‑to‑day contact across all markets to ensure all activity is executed on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives and retailer guidelines.
  • Work with our in‑house digital, brand and marketing teams to grow their knowledge and education of all the channels, providing detailed feedback on performance.
  • Work closely with the creative and brand team to ensure consideration is taken of creative requirements and formats for all channels and evolve ways of working to focus on increasing performance of activity.
  • Own the KPIs, reporting and measurement of all trade marketing channels, to promote a culture of continual evolution; track and analyze trade marketing KPIs (distribution, visibility, promotional compliance, ROI); support post‑campaign evaluations and reporting at global level.
  • Provide continuous competitive intelligence with the end goal of making Noble Panacea one of the leading retailers.
  • Help manage global promotional frameworks, launches, and sell‑in/sell‑out initiatives.
  • Manage asset timelines and work with agencies or internal teams when required.
  • Own the brand reporting and share results with transparency and integrity.
Success Criteria for the Position
  • Timely delivery and quality of global trade marketing toolkits.
  • Market adoption and satisfaction with global materials.
  • Effectiveness of trade activations (sell‑in/sell‑out, visibility).
  • Cross‑functional collaboration and execution accuracy.
Education & Experience
  • MSc in Business, Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in marketing with strong digital credentials, ideally in beauty or luxury industry.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP and/or analytics tools (SAP, Power BI, …).
  • You are fluent in English; French or German is a plus. Any other language is very welcome.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in this space, with case studies that show case retail growth delivered, (including through digital channels) in previous roles.
  • Strong digital background and interest with hands‑on experience managing digital marketing, relevant platforms.
  • Experience managing media budgets demonstrating clear ROI/ROAS on that spend.
  • Fast learner, agile, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented and proactive, with strong reporting skills.
  • High sense of self‑motivation and accountability, comfortable with remote working.
  • Collaborative and culturally sensitive in a global environment.
