We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for adapting, creating, and optimising digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email/CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in video and still editing, and a deep understanding of digital media trends.
Location: London (hybrid)

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Social Media & Video Production
- Lead the creation of engaging social content, staying on top of trends to fuel social platforms.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos, optimising them for various social media and digital formats.
- Assist in still image editing, ensuring high-quality visuals for all digital touchpoints.
- Support social shoot production, including briefing, producing, directing, editing, and delivering final assets.
- Become a social expert within the skincare industry and share insights and learnings with key stakeholders.
- Content Creation & Adaptation
- Adapt global brand assets for use across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Create, design, and format digital content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads.
- Edit and refine both video and still imagery to align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Asset & Content Management
- Maintain and organise digital assets to ensure streamlined content management and accessibility.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience with digital content, client or agency side.
- Able to demonstrate a portfolio of creative projects that delivered results.
Skills & Requirements:
- TikTok and Instagram native and understands how to work with the algorithm.
- A social video editor who stays current in their style and likes to push boundaries to get noticed.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media content adaptation.
- Strong knowledge of social media and advertising platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Meta.
- Power user of the following: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Familiar with: Video Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
- Prototyping Platforms: Figma, Sketch or similar.
- CRM, CMS & Email Marketing: Ometria, Amplience.
- Project Management Tools: Monday.com.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in asset management and content organisation is a plus.
