ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Contracts & Procurement Specialist with demonstrated experience in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and lifecycle management, along with previous exposure to procurement and sourcing activities. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can support vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations before independently managing the resulting agreements from inception through execution. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, organized, and comfortable working with moderate supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Draft, review, and redline a variety of agreements, including vendor, service, and SaaS contracts
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while managing risk exposure
- Oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Serve as a key point of contact for contract‑related matters across internal teams
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, enforceable contractual terms
- Maintain and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to ensure contract visibility and control
- Proactively identify contractual risks and recommend practical, business‑aligned solutions
- PROCUREMENT & SOURCING
- Manage and support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and vendor selection
- Participate in commercial negotiations covering pricing, service levels, and delivery terms
- Develop and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and justification documentation
- Conduct market research to identify cost‑saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Analyze the financial components of bids and proposals to ensure cost‑effectiveness
- OPERATIONS & COLLABORATION
- Partner with Operations to resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and invoice discrepancies
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and procurement policies
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and performance metrics
- Manage procurement projects using tools such as Monday.com
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on contract status, sourcing progress, cost savings, and risk mitigation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 4+ years of direct experience negotiating, redlining, and managing contracts independently, including ownership of contract lifecycle processes
- 2+ years of experience supporting procurement and sourcing activities, including RFP development and vendor selection
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legal and commercial terms, assess risk, and drive negotiations to resolution
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across contracts and procurement workflows
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and procurement or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Monday.com)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams

- 4+ years' experience managing SaaS agreements
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPP, or CSCP
- Experience in the luxury or high‑end consumer goods sector
