We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Biddable Manager to own, scale, and optimize our paid media performance. This role will drive full-funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF) digital advertising across Google, Meta, and other key platforms, ensuring best-in-class execution that aligns with our luxury positioning. The ideal candidate has experience both agency-side and in-house, with a strong track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns, including awareness/performance-focused strategy, in-housing initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance-driven platforms.
  • Lead full-funnel paid media strategies, ensuring seamless integration of brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Own and manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting to maximize efficiency and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Identify opportunities for in-housing paid media activity, optimizing processes for greater control, efficiency, and agility.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling Ad creatives tailored to luxury skincare consumers, using data to inform decision making.
  • Continuously track, measure, and report on key paid media KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and attribution performance.
  • Leverage A/B testing, dynamic ad strategies, and advanced analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies.
  • Utilize first-party data, CRM insights, and audience segmentation to drive higher personalization and efficiency.
  • Manage ad operations, including trafficking campaigns, setting up and monitoring pixel tracking for performance measurement, and optimizing ads to ensure accurate targeting and measurable results.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and new ad formats, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain competitive performance.
  • Identify and test new paid channels, placements, and audience segments to scale brand awareness and sales within high-value consumer groups.
  • Develop and execute international paid media strategies, ensuring effective localization and adaptation in key global markets.
  • Work closely with the SEO, CRM, and eCommerce teams to ensure holistic digital marketing execution.
  • Partner with social, influencer and marketing teams to integrate paid social amplification into broader brand campaigns.
  • Lead data-driven creative strategies, working with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Ensure all paid media activities align with the brand’s luxury positioning, sustainability values, and scientific innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, preferably within an agency, luxury skincare, beauty, or fashion sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other key platforms.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, TikTok, and other emerging ad platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in in-housing paid media activity, including ad tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to interpret performance data, extract actionable insights, and optimize accordingly.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Marketing Platforms (Google Analytics, CM360, SA360, DV360 & Video), Meta Business Manager, bid management tools, and attribution modeling.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with luxury brand storytelling.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, eCommerce, and PR teams.
