Their Corporate Disputes and Investigations team in London is subsequently a core part of our global disputes practice and a key area of strategic investment. They advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high-value and sensitive matters, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Their work includes:
- High profile internal and external investigations, often multi-jurisdictional
- White collar crime and criminal litigation
- Sanctions and broader ESG-related risk matters, including bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, human rights and modern slavery
- Complex commercial disputes, including M&A, joint venture and shareholder disputes
- Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations
- Supporting significant and often high-profile criminal and enforcement matters
- Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross-border issues, including sanctions-related matters
