This leading global law firm has a highly ranked DCM practice offering expert advice on a full range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives. They operate as an integrated part of a wider international team. They have an opening for a talented junior lawyer c.1-3pqe.
The practice has a particular emphasis on sophisticated financial products including synthetic products, securitised and OTC derivatives, structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackagings. The role will be broad and the work often international.
Experience gained within a top tier City firm is preferred. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background, outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
